Shipping and Refunds
Our 14-Day Return Policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
For the return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags, and it must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In addition the shipping costs must be covered by the single customer.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure it gets resolved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags, and it must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund through the original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time before the bank or the card issuer processes and posts the refund.
